I offer the sympathetic restoration of most types of English and Continental furniture using traditional methods and materials. I aim at very high standards and most of my work over the years has come to me by word of mouth. I prefer to work by reputation rather than advertisement.
I am known for a fast, efficient service and can usually expect to take between ten days and one month from collection to delivery of a restored piece depending on what is required, it will often be much less than this.
I also offer a full restoration service for upright pianos and Pianolas of all descriptions. This includes complete rebuilding of player and piano actions and restoration/ repolishing of casework. I will undertake any or all of these elements and will provide a written estimate for work required. These instruments usually take from between four and eight weeks to complete a full restoration.
